2019 Tony Awards: Bryan Cranston Calls Out President Trump Over Media Criticism

Bryan Cranston won the Tony Award for his role in the Broadway adaptation of Network on Sunday June 9th. In his acceptances speech, the actor sent a message to the President of the United States.

The actor made the comments at the Tony Awards, where he took home best leading actor in a play. Cranston won for his role in the Broadway adaptation of 'Network.' In it, he plays fictional disgruntled newscaster Howard Beale. Although he never explicitly mentioned the President Trump by name, it was quite clear whom he was referring to in his speech
