Alyssa Milano is still dealing with long-lasting effects of the coronavirus, including hair loss! As People reports, Milano shared an Instagram video on Monday where she demonstrates just how badly the virus has taken a toll on her locks.

Milano posts video of hair falling out while she brushes it

Milano's video shows the actress brushing her hair with a detangler brush. As she does so, clumps of hair can be seen falling out! "One brushing, this is my hair loss from COVID-19," Milano shares, holding up the strands. "Wear a damn mask." She went on to say that she wanted to give people an idea of the long-lasting effects that coronavirus can have.

"Thought I’d show you what #Covid19 does to your hair," Milano said in her caption for the alarming Instagram video. "Please take this seriously." She also added the hashtags "#WearADamnMask" and "#LongHauler," the latter being the medical term coined for those who are still experiencing coronavirus symptoms.

Milano was hospitalized because of blood clot scare

Milano also shared a recent selfie of her in the hospital! "I was acutely sick w/ Covid19 in April. I still have many symptoms. I am what they call a 'long hauler,'" she tweeted on Saturday.

"Last night, I had real heaviness in my chest. I went to the ER just to make sure it wasn’t a blood clot," she explained. "Thankfully, it wasn’t. This virus sucks. Please take it seriously."

As People mentions, Milano shared on Thursday that she had tested positive for coronavirus even though previous tests had given her a negative result. In happier news for the actress, it was recently announced that Milano will be starring in a reboot of Who's The Boss? with Tony Danza! Hopefully her coronavirus symptoms don't stick around for too much longer!
