Angela Lansbury "Is Thrilled" To Finally Hear The Song "Murder, She Wrote" - Listen To Her Reaction Here!

Angela Lansbury is most well-known for her role as "Jessica Fletcher" on the long-running procedural crime drama Murder, She Wrote from 1984 to 1996. She is now fully aware that there are two iconic pieces of art that both have the same name... Her show and also a very famous reggae song. 

Angela Lansbury got to listen to the song, "Murder, She Wrote" by reggae legends Chaka Demus & Pliers for the very first time on the radio show q on CBC. She first heard the song on September 30th, 2019 and she was "thrilled to be a part of reggae."

Lansbury told q host Tom Power that she did not know of the song which was released in 1993 while her show was still on air. Much like Angela's show, Murder, She Wrote, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year, the song has also had a very successful legacy. The song is continued to be mentioned and used in hits today like the song "Post To Be" by Omarion, Jhené Aiko, and Chris Brown as well as the song "El Taxi" by Pitbull. 

Angela Lansbury is going to be 94 years old on October 16th, 2019 and we are so happy that she is still active in the entertainment industry!
