One of the earliest Doctors in the longest-running science fiction television series, Doctor Who, Peter Davison has a long history of acting. From theatre and screen, Peter has never stopped working. 

True fans will recognize this fine actor.

Doctor Who's 5th Doctor, Peter Davison

Peter Davison was born April 13th, 1951 in Streatham, London and studied at the Central School of Speech and Drama. With a passion for acting, he scored his first job as an assistant stage manager at the Nottingham Playhouse.

He had many starring television roles in popular series' like All Creatures Great and Small and Mixed Blessings. He seemed to have a fondness for science fiction, acting in Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy and The Tomorrow People, and then hit the sci-fi fans ultimate dream role, "the Doctor" on BBC's Doctor Who! He was the 5th Doctor from 1980 to 1984 and has returned as "the Doctor" in many seasons following.

His Son-in-Law is actually the 10th Doctor, David Tennant! The two even performed in an episode together during the 10th season where the 5th and 10th Doctor hilariously crossed paths.

Peter Davison has been consistently acting ever since, with credits in over 100 roles! He has been working on the UK Law & Order, Gentleman Jack and will be in the 2020 film Dream Horse alongside Toni Collette and Damian Lewis!
