Linda Evans in Dynasty
From 1981 to 1989, the cult series Dynasty followed the story of the fierce struggles for economic power between two oil companies. Of course, it was also about the private conflicts between the families who owned the companies which made the series such a hit. " Krystle Carrington" was a secretary and married to businessman "Blake Carrington", who was played by John Forsythe.
"Krystle" had previously been married to tennis professional "Mark Jennings" and had an affair with a Denver-Carrington employee whilst married to "Blake". Her character never reappeared after going into a coma during an operation and so Linda Evans left the Dynasty cast.
