As the messy court battle between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp progresses forward, more details of their tumultuous marriage are coming to light.
Among the abuse allegations and cheating scandals, text messages between Elon Musk and Heard have surfaced, providing proof that Musk offered help to Heard during her marriage to Depp.
Elon Musk offers support to Amber Heard
Johnny Depp and Amber Heard continue to battle it out in court after Depp sued the newspaper The Sun for libel after they labelled him a "wife-beater" in an article Depp deems as "categorically false."
Depp has continuously denied allegations he physically abused Heard and has presented witnesses to support his claims, some of whom were employees of the previously married couple.
Now, text messages between Elon Musk and Heard have come to light, and Depp's lawyer read aloud the conversation that took place in 2016 before Heard filed abuse claims.
In the text messages, Musk offered to arrange "24/7 security" for Heard, adding, "The offer would stand, even if you never wanted to see me again."
Continued in the text, "Anyway, sorry for being an idiot. The radio silence hurts a lot. It only matters because I really like you."
Depp's lawyer also showed cited evidence from a concierge at their apartment that Musk visited Heard while Depp was away working in Australia in 2015.
Heard denied these allegations saying that it wasn't until 2016 that she was even in communication with Musk.
So far, no charges have been laid.
