Elton John Postpones Farewell Concert And Says "I Am Extremely Unwell"

Elton John took to Instagram to apologize to his fans for postponing his concert in Indianapolis on October 26th due to him feeling "extremely unwell." We have the full story here...

Elton John has admitted that he is not doing well health wise. Hours before he was set to hit the stage in Indianapolis for his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour concert, he posted on Instagram postponing the show.

The caption read, "To my dear fans in Indianapolis, it is with the heaviest heart that I'm forced to deliver the news that I am extremely unwell and therefore unable to perform at @bankerslifefieldhouse tonight."

Elton John continued, "I absolutely hate to let my fans down, but I owe it to you to put on the best #EltonFarewellTour show possible and unfortunately that's simply not possible. The date will be rearranged for March 26th 2020, and I promise I will deliver the show you deserve. Thank you so much for your support and understanding. xx"

It is unclear at this point exactly what is going on with Sir Elton John and we can only hope that he is on the mend. His next show is scheduled for October 28th in Nashville. The 72-year-old singer plans to stop touring altogether in 2021. We are sending our well wishes to Elton John and wishing him a speedy recovery for whatever is going on.
