Henry Winkler has had a phenomenal career in the entertainment industry. At 73 years old today and still active on screen, we can't wait to highlight this amazing and compassionate man's career.

Henry Wrinkler is a 73-year-old American actor who was born in Manhattan, New York City on October 30th, 1945. With a bit of a rocky start in the entertainment business, Wrinkler says he has always known he was meant to be an actor and that there was no plan B. Having dyslexia growing up and still today, brought forth many challenges for Henry trying to get his feet under him academically. With a lot of perseverance, he managed to finish school, get a Bachelor's Degree from Emerson's College and then a Master's from the Yale School of Drama.

His Breakthrough Role As "Fonzie"

His dyslexia continued to present challenges in the acting world, but he overcame it by putting in extra hours studying scripts and preparing for roles. His first breakthrough role was in 255 episodes of Happy Days from 1974-1984 where he played "Arthur 'Fonzie' Fonzarelli". Henry Winkler has never quite been able to shake the iconic role of "Fonzie," however it has definitely given him plenty of recognition and was the stepping stone in his career.
