"Eric Beale" is definitely the most fun and eccentric character on NCIS: Los Angeles. Especially because of his fancy style he is really quite different from his colleagues. But what does the Barrett Foa look like when he is NOT on the set of the popular show?

We all know "Eric Beale" with colorful trousers, patterned shirts and nerd glasses on: As a real tech freak and computer expert he plays a decisive role for the NCIS: Los Angeles team.

But "Eric's" does not only beat for technology, his hobbies also include surfing. That's why he often comes to the NCIS: Los Angeles office in shorts and flip-flops, just like a real surfer dude.

From trousers in rainbow colors to shirts with stripes, dots or checked patterns to the Hawaiian shirt - the "NCIS: Los Angeles cast member wears everything, and all in a wild mix.

Barrett Foa (41) plays the crazy "Eric Beale", who dresses a bit differently in real life, though. In this picture, which he posted on his Instagram, the actor is almost unrecognizable without glasses and in a suit.

The 41-year-old actor also wears less Hawaiian shirts and red hippie trousers with elephant patterns in private than "Eric" does on the show. The only style commonality between Barrett and "Eric" is probably the outfit on the following Instagram pic.

NCIS: Los Angeles has been renewed

And "Eric" will probably be delighting all NCIS fans for a couple more years, since both NCIS: Los Angeles and NCIS: New Orleans were renewed recently. The shows, which are both spin-offs of NCIS, were renewed for an eleventh and sixth season respectively, after news came that NCIS was also going to be renewed. Both shows have huge followings with millions tuning in to watch every week.
