SAG Awards 2019: Full Recap

This Is Us Cast

The Screen Actors Guild Awards are all about the actors. Last night, television and film actors arrived at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles to celebrate the 25th annual SAG awards show.

The 2019 SAG Awards celebrated their 25th show last night and it was an exciting night! With this awards show being different from the others because the awards are awarded by the actors themselves to their peers, it brings a whole new level of prestige to winning a trophy. Hosting last night's show was Megan Mullally who took over Kristen Bell's hosting duties in 2018.

We have put together a complete list of winners right here for you! Sit back, relax and enjoy the show...

Alan Alda won the SAG Life Achievement Award last night and celebrated others, not himself in the most touching acceptance speech. The iconic actor turns 83 today and he reflected on his decades-longs career and stated how proud he is to be a "member of our brotherhood and sisterhood of actors." He was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease almost four years ago and revealed his diagnosis last July. With a tremble of his limbs, Alan Alda accepted the Life Achievement Award with grace and dignity.
