'Strictly Come Dancing': THIS Star Was The Fifth Contestant To Be Voted Off
In a tense dance-off on Sunday night, Mike Bushell and his partner Katya Jones were saved by head judge Shirley Ballas, making actress Catherine Tyldesley the fifth contestant to be eliminated from the show.
Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley became the fifth contestant to be voted off Strictly Come Dancing on Sunday night and showed a lot of emotions afterwards. She and her ballroom partner Johannes Radebe had to go into the dreaded dance-off against Mike Bushell and his partner Katya Jones in Strictly's Halloween Week.
Cath and Johannes had to perform their Cha Cha again, and the decision ultimately came down to head judge Shirley Ballas who decided for Mike and Katya, whom she found to have the "stronger technical skill".

But although Catherine became emotional right after being eliminated, she remained positive and thanked Johannes: "He's like my best friend. Just the opportunity to work with amazing people and get critiqued off amazing people..."
The Coronation Street actress continued: "I never thought I'd say this, I'm going to keep it up because I fell in love with it! I’ve loved every second, this man has changed my life!"
