Kurtwood Smith's acting career actually started in the 1980's, but during the 1990's he gained more public attention after portraying several characters in the Star Trek universe, as well as the iconic character "Red Forman" in That 70's Show, alongside stars like Mila Kunis, Ashton Kutcher, Wilmer Valderrama, and Debra Jo Rupp, among others. "Red", a retired factory worker and war veteran, father of "Eric Forman" (Topher Grace) and "Kitty's" (Debra Jo Rupp) husband, was one of the funniest characters in the show, due to his very well known bad temper. Since we last saw Kurtwood Smith in his legendary role as "Red Forman", he has been appearing in several television shows like Medium, Childrens Hospital, and Beware the Batman. However, it seems like the actor has been very busy lately since he is currently working in three different projects, Patriot, Big Goat Banana Cricket, and Perpetual Grace, LTD, where he portrays "Leslie", "Angry Old Raisin" (voice), and "Uncle Dave", respectively.
Kurtwood Smith also has an impressive voice acting résumé, and regarding film, some of his most relevant roles are the ones in Girl, Interrupted, All in the Bunker, Hitchcock, and most recently in the 2017 movie El Camino Christmas.
