The late basketball legend Kobe Bryant will be remembered at the 2020 Oscars Ceremony in a couple of weeks. Not only was Bryant a basketball superstar, he also won an Oscar for his animated short film in 2018. 

The world is still mourning the tragic loss of basketball legend Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and 7 others after a tragic and fatal helicopter crash on Sunday morning in Calabasas, California. Now, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences is planning to acknowledge Kobe's death at the 2020 Oscars.

The Academy to pay tribute to Kobe Bryant at 2020 Oscars

The 2020 Oscars are set to take place on Sunday February 9th and sources told The Hollywood Reporter that Bryant will be honoured during the ceremony. The Academy paid tribute to Bryant tragic and sudden death by posting an Instagram post on Sunday.
