Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff opened up about her daughter Lilah, who has born in November 2019. Zach Roloff's wife confirmed on Instagram that the 2-month-old is a little person, and shared details about undergoing a cesarean section for the second time - the first one occurred when she and Zach welcomed their two-year-old son Jackson.

After being asked about the cesarean section she went through, Tori Roloff responded: "Because Lilah has dwarfism." She also explained she could have tried natural birth, but she probably would have had to resort to the cesarean procedure anyways. The 28-year-old added she had a really hard time recovering, but now she is trying to "get back into shape and love my body through [postpartum].”
