Vanessa Bryant Shares Heartwarming Picture Honouring Her Late Husband And Best Friend Kobe
Honouring her late husband yet again in a touching Instagram post, Vanessa Bryant has nothing but sweet things to say about Kobe! She also paid tribute to her gorgeous daughter Gianna.
Vanessa Bryant shared another photo of late husband Kobe Bryant on her Instagram today, which included a heartfelt caption. It's not the first time she's posted about Kobe since the tragic helicopter crash that claimed his life as well as the life of daughter Gianna, but that doesn't make it any less touching.
"Miss you so much," Bryant said, using a series of hashtags calling Kobe "my best friend", "the best daddy", and "loving husband" alongside a picture of him smiling. She also referred to Kobe as "handsome,” “sweet,” “funny” and “silly”, and recalled a special phrase that he used to say to her. "Miss you saying, "Bonjourno principessa/reina,'" Bryant said. The Italian phrase translates to "Good morning princess/queen," further reflecting Kobe's adoration for his wife.
Vanessa Bryant in "shock", and "worried about her girls"
Vanessa also shared an old video interview of Kobe on Wednesday alongside the touching post, which she captioned with a simple heart emoji. In the video for entertainment news site Extra, Kobe had revealed that his daughters call him "daddy" and his wife is his "best friend".
An anonymous source who reportedly has close ties to Vanessa opened up to People about the well-being of Vanessa and her family since the fatal tragedy. "She’s very tired; she hasn’t been sleeping," the source revealed, saying how the "shock" still hasn't worn off. "She’s worried about her girls, worried about what happens next.”
The source also exclusively shared with People that Vanessa "has spent the last week surrounded by people who love her and want only the best for her". All of the heartfelt tributes to Vanessa and her family after Kobe and Gianna's deaths certainly haven't gone unnoticed by Bryant either. "Every memorial means something to her,” the unnamed source reflected. “Every memorial is important.”
