For Easter Sunday, Andrea Bocelli performed a set of five songs at the Duomo di Milano (Milan Cathedral) in Italy. The world-renowned tenor sang before an empty building accompanied only by an organist.

"On the day in which we celebrate the trust in a life that triumphs, I'm honored and happy to answer 'Si' to the invitation of the City and the Duomo of Milan," Bocelli says at the start of the video.
The 61-year-old Italian opera star performed five songs during the special show: "Sancta Maria," "Domine Deus," "Panis Angelicu," "Ave Maria," and "Amazing Grace."
Andrea Bocelli: Music for Hope benefit for COVID-19
Bocelli's performance took place in Italy, a country hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Accordingly, he sang without an audience and at a safe distance from the organist. The concert trended as the #1 video on YouTube worldwide on Easter Monday.
With the concert, the singer also included a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for emergency relief in Italy.
