Big Change For Prince Andrew, Harry and Meghan Markle on Official Royal Website
There has been a big change discovered on the official royal family website for three former working senior members of the British Royal Family. Prince Andrew, Prince Harry, and Duchess Meghan have all been making headlines this year in the media due to their decisions to step back from royal duties. For two of them, it was a choice, and for the other, it was not. Find out more here...
The official royal family website has updated some of their social media information for three particular members of the British Royal Family. A big change was noticed by Hello in connection to Prince Andrew, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's official social media accounts which used to be linked on the website.
Prince Andrew, Harry and Meghan Social Accounts Removed From Royal Website
This change comes months after Andrew, Harry, and Meghan made the decision to step back as senior working members of the royal family. For Prince Andrew, he wrote an open letter addressing his decision to take a step back from royal duties after his disastrous interview with the BBC regarding his connection and friendship to convicted (and now deceased) pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's decision to step back from royal duties was announced earlier this year and they officially strayed from the royal spotlight at the end of March. They are now living in Los Angeles with their son, Archie, and have been making headlines regarding the discontinued use of the word Royal in their future endeavors and charities.
Their Accounts Remain Online
The Duke of York's Twitter account remains online, however, it hasn't been active since he shared his open letter of resignation on November 20, 2019. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's Instagram account also remains online, and they haven't posted anything since their farewell post at the end of March.
It is apparent that the Royal Family is taking the necessary steps to remove these three members from connections on their official website as the accounts are no longer active. This seems to be another step in the direction towards separation from the royal family for Prince Andrew, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle.
