Duchess Meghan and her Mother Doria Ragland Welcomed Guests
The Duchess of Sussex, her mother, Doria Ragland, and Prince Harry hosted a lunch at Kensington Palace last Thursday. The lunch was in honour of the launch of a new charity cookbook that the Duchess has created along with a group of women who survived the catastrophic fire at Grenfell Tower in 2017.
Fans of the Duchess (37) were delighted to see her and her mother, Doria Ragland (62), side by side again, for the first time since her wedding to Prince Harry (34).
Duchess Meghan and her mother Doria welcomed guests
The dynamic duo were accompanied by Prince Harry last Thursday as they welcomed women from the Hubb Community Kitchen to a lunch event at the palace. The community kitchen rose out of the ashes of the Grenfell Tower catastrophe, and has been a fantastic place for those affected by the fire to come together and try to heal their wounds together through good food and better company.
The women's best recipes have now been published in the book Together: Our Community Cookbook, which has a foreword written by the Duchess herself.
It was Meghan's first public appearance alongside her mother since the Royal wedding last May and hopefully just a taste of what is to come as Meghan's mother will soon be moving to London.
