Duchess Meghan channels Princess Diana in red and purple ensemble
The Duchess of Sussex may be a royal style icon in her own right, but that hasn't stopped her channeling another very famous style queen (or in this case princess!), Lady Di. On her first joint engagement with Prince Harry yesterday, Meghan left her recent penchant for more sombre shades behind her and instead followed in Diana's fashion footsteps, opting for bold colour choices...
Meghan Is Channeling Princess Diana
Duchess Meghan (37) turned heads yesterday in a daring red and purple look, channeling Princess Diana. Instead off sticking to more formal colour choices, like dark navy and black, Meghan chose to battle the grey January cold in vibrant shades of purple and red.
Visiting Birkenhead yesterday with Prince Harry, the Duchess of Sussex wowed in a purple dress by Aritzia and a red coat by Sentaler. This daring colour-blocked combination is not actually new when it comes to the ladies of the British Royal Family. Prince Harry's mother, Lady Diana, opted for the very same contrasting combination of colours in Thailand in 1988 and India in 1992.
