We have a new Meghan Markle sighting. The Duchess of Sussex is currently living in Los Angeles, California, with Prince Harry and their son Archie. During the lockdown period, the couple is primarily doing work from home with charity and their many patronages.

This has led to few sightings in the month of April, which has been the couple's first since stepping down as senior royals on March 31.

Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex attend the Commonwealth Day Service 2020 on March 9, 2020.

Meghan Markle's new sighting on a Zoom call

Late last month, Meghan had a video call with a young woman involved with the Smart Works Charity - for which the Duchess is a patron. Smart Works provides assistance to women who are seeking jobs, and can help them find appropriate attire for interviews.

Meghan called one of the women to wish her luck on an interview for a psychology internship. Today, the charity shared a new video of the Zoom call, which shows Meghan offering some thoughtful and encouraging words.

Duchess Meghan's new April 2020 message

"You seem incredibly confident and prepared," Meghan said in the video. "I know everyone here is so excited. When I was reading about what your interests are — and especially you have a big focus in mental health as well, right? Psychology? I think that's excellent."

The client appeared touched, chatted about her interests, and offered her thanks to the Duchess.

"I just wanted to be able to call in and wish you the best of luck, and my fingers are crossed for you," Meghan continued.

"There's so much going on in the world right now, and to be such a beacon of hope and focusing on getting through it, and all the positivity that we just want to send your way, and to make sure you can get on the other side of this, too, and have such a great opportunity there," she went on.

Meghan concluded the call by expressing her enthusiasm about working as a patron with Smart Works. Back on April 17, Markle also made a special call to the Hubb Community Kitchen, which was her most recent appearance prior to the release of this Smart Works call.
