Piers Morgan took to social media on Sunday night and called the Queen's televised speech her "finest moment" as a monarch and again lauded Elizabeth II on Good Morning Britain on Monday morning.

Piers Morgan, host of Good Morning Britain, was among the countless people who watched Queen Elizabeth II address the nation on Sunday night in what was certainly a uplifting and positive speech. It was obviously important as well as a deeply personal desire for the Queen to call on the people of Britain and the Commonwealth to stand together in "a time of disruption".

Shortly after the broadcast, Morgan took to Twitter to express his feelings about the 93-year-old monarch's speech, and you could tell her TV address had floored him.
