Sounds like Prince Charles has some exciting plans for a night out with his grandson Prince George, as he revealed during an interview with Classic FM on Monday!

Prince Charles, in a new interview with Classic FM on Monday, spoke about his memories of first visiting the Royal Opera house when he was just a child and actually hinted at a future outing to the venue with his grandson, Prince George of Cambridge.

While speaking with Alan Titchmarsh on Classic FM, the Prince of Wales recalled his very first visit to the Royal Opera House in 1956 with Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother when they saw the Bolshoi Ballet perform The Fountain of Bakhchisarai.

"The music was unbelievably exciting," Charles said. "It was all Tartar dancing and cracking the whips and leaping in the air and doing unbelievably energetic things, which only the Bolshoi could do."

"I was completely inspired by it," he added "which is why it’s so important I think for grandparents or other relations to take children at about the age of seven, to experience some form of the arts in performance."

It looks like a 'boys night out' could very soon be in store for Prince Charles and Prince George, who turns seven years old on July 22. Prince William and Duchess Catherine are self-isolating with their children at Anmer Hall, their Norfolk home but are regularly making video calls to the rest of the family and taking part in "clapping for carers".
