Harry and Meghan recently embarked on their "Farewell Royal Tour" in the UK before exiting the British Royal Family as senior working members on March 31.

Duchess Meghan flew back to Canada earlier this week to be reunited with the couple's 10-month-old son, Archie Harrison Mountbatten Windsor. A source close to the couple has now revealed why they decided to leave Archie in Canada in the first place...

Archie stayed in Canada over fears of COVID-19

With the increasing risk of global travel due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19), the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made the decision to leave Archie in Canada over fears of the virus. However, the source said that the devoted parents made sure to stay close to their baby boy by "FaceTiming with him every day," according to People.

Harry and Meghan are enjoying settling into a more quiet life outside of the royal spotlight on Vancouver Island. The source revealed that they are incredibly happy and that they like to "go for long walks, they do yoga, and Meghan cooks. They are real homebodies who love to chill out with Archie and the dogs."
