Will Prince Harry And Duchess Meghan NOT Spend Christmas With The Queen?
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex could be breaking with tradition and not spend their Christmas holidays at the royal estate in Sandringham Castle in Norfolk. Get the full story here...
Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan will be heading to the United States soon to spend Thanksgiving with Meghan's mother Doria Ragland. But it turns out that the couple (and baby Archie) might actually not return to the United Kingdom until the new year. According to Hello!, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex could stay in the States and spend their Christmas holidays with Mrs. Ragland as well. Usually, the royal family gather at Sandringham to spend Christmas with Queen Elizabeth II.
Harry, Meghan and Archie: Their first Christmas as a family
It would be quite the break with tradition, but a lot has happened for the young couple in 2019. This year marks their first Christmas as a family-of-three after welcoming little Archie Mountbatten-Windsor into their lives in May. The three of them staying in America after Thanksgiving would actually make sense since they are now taking a break from any joint engagements for at least six weeks - their appearances at the Festival of Remembrance on Saturday and celebrations at the Cenotaph on Sunday for Remembrance Day Sunday could very well be their last as a couple in 2019.
Prince Harry will be attending the inaugural OnSide Awards at Royal Albert Hall on November 17 2019.
