Prince William: "Wonderful acts of kindness"
William said: "Catherine and I have both found great comfort in the wonderful acts of kindness we have seen right across the nation." During Mental Health Awareness Week, the couple's Royal Foundation Heads Together actually partnered with Instagram to create three wellbeing guides, one of which is a Guide to Kindness.
And once again, the Duke of Cambridge also urged listeners to talk about mental health: "Now more than ever, it is important that we talk to one another about issues that we're struggling with. And it is OK to not feel OK."
William also talks about the stigma surrounding men's mental health in the upcoming BBC documentary Football, Prince William and Our Mental Health in which he describes a "life-changing moment" that actually made him remember his late mother Princess Diana.
