'ALF': Where Is The Cast Today?
Michály "Michu" Mészáros was the man inside "Alf’s" costume for all four seasons. He was only 33 inches tall and was at one point considered the smallest man in the world. He passed away in 2016, at the age of 76.
After the cancellation of Alf, Elson appeared in numerous popular TV series of the time as a guest star, including Who's the Boss? and Parker Lewis Can't Lose.
Andrea and her husband Scott Hopper got married in 1993. They had met on the set of Alf, where he worked as a production assistant. The couple is still happy and has two kids together.
Andrea quit acting in her late twenties to become a yoga instructor. The successful businesswoman also has her own blog.
"Brian", played by Benji Gregory, is the son of the "Tanner" family. The six-year-old immediately gets along well with "Alf", also by having many adventures together with him.
Benji Gregory alias "Brian Tanner" quit the acting business right after the last episode of Alf had wrapped. He later attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, California and joined the Navy in 2003. Gregory was discharged only two years later for medical reasons. Today, he lives with his wife in Arizona.
In 1995, Max Wright was diagnosed with lymphoma, which was successfully treated and remains in remission. After the show’s run ended, Max Wright appeared in many television shows, on the big screen and had a stage career as well. He was nominated for a Tony Award in 1998 for his role in Ivanov. In 2000 and 2003 Wright made some negative headlines because of alcohol abuse, yet his career is really impressive. The actor passed away on June 26 2019 after (once agian) suffering from lymphoma...
"Kate Tanner" was played by Anne Schedeen. The well-organized housewife hates it when "Alf" makes a mess in her neatly kept home. Schedeen consciously avoided the public after Alf.
We only saw her in two productions after Alf had ended. Schedeen's last appearance on a TV show was in 2001. In 2015, she granted a rare interview to a Bulgarian TV network in which she described her time in Alf in great detail.
