Golden Girls star Betty White, is coming back to our screens in a new Christmas movie! The Hollywood legend celebrated her 98th birthday in January and now has signed on to star in a new Lifetime film, the network announced.

The film is yet to be titled, however according to EW, Betty "White's character helps ready would-be Santas for the holidays." A mystery remains, will White be portraying the one and only Mrs. Claus?
Betty White's phenomenal career spans over eight decades in the entertainment industry. With starring roles in series like The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Golden Girls and Hot in Cleveland, she is a true staple in Hollywood. Did we mention she's an eight-time Emmy winner?

Lifetime announced some other holiday movie news including a sequel starring Kelly Rowland titled Merry Liddle Christmas Wedding. Melissa Joan Hart is set to direct Feliz NaviDad which would star the one and only Mario Lopez.
