'Mindhunter': Cast Released From Contracts With Show Put On "Indefinite Hold"
January 16, 2020 - 19:30 / Lucas Anderson

After two well-received seasons of the show, Mindhunter will go on an indefinite hiatus. Netflix has released the show's stars from their contracts.

Mindhunter's hiatus comes as a result of David Fincher's schedule commitments. Fincher acts as an executive producer for the show and has directed seven episodes across its two seasons. Mindhunter will go on hiatus so Fincher can finish directing his Netflix-produced film Mank and fulfill his executive producer duties on the Netflix show Love, Death & Robots
