NCIS: L.A. Filming New Season
NCIS: L.A. cast members Eric Christian Olsen and Daniela Ruah let fans know that filming for the new season has finally begun! Production had been halted due to the ongoing pandemic so fans were forced to accept that we would have to wait longer to get new episodes. Eric Olson who plays adorable "Marty Deeks" posted on Instagram this masked selfie with his on-screen wife Daniela Ruah who plays "Kensi Blye":
Fans made their joy known on Instagram, one commenter said, "Love to see you guys back! I need MY NCIS: LA fix (new eps). Stay safe!!!" On Daniela's Instagram story she posted behind the scenes clips and said "It's officially the first day of NCIS: Los Angeles. I'm very happy to be home. Everybody's here wearing masks and disinfecting everything and washing their hands and being very, very safe, and getting tested, so hopefully, we will be back and we'll stay back in a safe and healthy way."
We were left of in a very tense situation when season 11 was cut short due to the pandemic with the team investigating the serious allegations against their chief "Argento". Even though he was arrested, "Argento's" connections put their team at risk and Executive Producer Frank Military said, "There will be pressure coming from that direction, that this gets squashed."
We can't wait for the new season to come out and luckily CBS President Kelly Kahl told TV Insider, "Based on our current timeline, we hope to start rolling out our previously announced fall series as they become available in November." Fingers crossed we won't have to wait much longer!
