The movie Midnight Cowboy (1996) is our number 15. The character Rizzo is trying to cross the street and is almost run over by a taxi. He then famoulsy says, "Hey! I'm walking here! I'm walking here!". This scene was said to be completely improvised which makes it even more legendary!
No.14: In This is Spinal Tap (1984), guitarist Nigel Tufnel shows off his equipment and goes into grave detail about his amps. He explicitly talks about his amplifiers "going up to eleven". This scene is still quoted even today!
Number 12: Star Wars VII (2015) wowed audience worldwide and in it Han Solo famously says to Chewbacca, "Chewie, We're Home" to his fellow travelling companion.
In the 1995 film Clueless, Cher is walking around her high school campus, when one of her schoolmates runs into her and tries to make a move. She quickly pushes the young man away and dishes out some good old 90s slang, witheringly proclaiming, "as if!".

5th place goes a quote from the 2008 film Taken. After his daughter and her best friend are kidnapped, Bryan has just 96 hours to save both of them from certain death.
