'The Batman' Resumes Filming After Robert Pattinson COVID Scare
The Batman has resumed filming following a shutdown brought on by star Robert Pattinson's COVID-19 diagnosis. The restart comes two weeks after news of Pattinson's positive test, but it remains unconfirmed if he's personally on set today. Nonetheless, the actor was recently spotted in public, apparently boding well for his health status. Here's the latest on The Batman and Pattinson.
The Batman has emerged from a two-week quarantine period.
On Sept. 17, the film shoot resumed in the UK, two weeks to the day of news that star Robert Pattinson had tested positive for COVID-19. The diagnosis led to a shutdown just three days into The Batman's initial return to set following a nearly six-month delay amid the pandemic. Health and safety protocols appear to now be in order, as production is underway once more.
