'The Crown' Season 3: First Teaser And Release Date Revealed

The first teaser for the third season of The Crown has been released and gives all fans a first glimpse at Academy Award winner Olivia Colman (The Favourite) as Queen Elizabeth II.

The Crown is finally headed back to Netflix. Fans have been waiting patiently for a first look of Olivia Colman as the "new" Queen Elizabeth, after Claire Foy portrayed the monarch for the first two seasons. The wait is over, Netflix has released the first teaser trailer.

The Crown Season 3: First Teaser Trailer Released

Coming fresh of her Oscar win as Queen Anne in The Favourite, Olivia Colman gives a stern look at the camera in an opulent dress wearing an astonishing tiara.

Colman is joined by Tobias Menzies as Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh (previously played by Matt Smith) for seasons three and four as well as Helena Bonham Carter, who will play Princess Margaret for the upcoming two seasons.

The Crown Season 3: Release Date Has Been Set
