Kevin James' wife Steffania de la Cruz was a guest star on King of Queens
Steffania de la Cruz started out as a model and had a couple of small roles on different shows. Between 2002 and 2006 she appeared alongside husband-to-be Kevin James on The King of Queens as a masseuse, a bartender and an employee at a nail salon. The couple also acted together in the film Paul Blart: Mall Cop.
"Doug's" cousin "Danny Heffernan" is actually Kevin James' real-life brother
"Doug" and his cousin "Danny" look suspiciously alike. And so, it'll come as no surprise, that they are, in fact, closely related. "Danny" is played by Gary Valentine, who is Kevin James' older brother. They also starred together in the film Chuck and Larry!
