Directed by Rob Marshall
The director of the reboot of The Little Mermaid will be Rob Marshall and the film will be produced by John DeLuca, Marc Platt and Lin-Manuel Miranda. Marshall said in an interview with E! Melissa McCarthy might play "Ursula"
With Melissa McCarthy rumoured to play the role of villain "Ursula", nothing is set in stone there. However, Awkwafina and Jacob Tremblay are set to play "Ariel's" sidekicks "Flounder" and "Sebastian". More details concerning the film are expected to be released in the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
