When Beverly D’Angelo was cast as "Ellen" in the first of the four Vacation films, she probably had no idea that she would be acting along the great Chevy Chase and would become an overnight sensation.
Beverly D’Angelo's repertoire is not limited to the iconic "Ellen Griswold", however. She has also appeared in a number of other films and TV shows. Her role in the 1980 TV musical Nashville Lady earned her a Golden Globe nomination and she won an Emmy for her performance in the TV movie A Streetcar named Desire for "most accomplished actress".
Age has been kind to Beverly, her blonde mane still looks great and it's no surprise that Al Pacino dated gorgeous Beverly from 1996 to 2003. They have two children together, but, gentlemen, you may just be lucky, Beverly is reportedly single these days.
In recent years, she’s had a recurring role on the HBO hit show Entourage playing "Barbara Miller", a quick-witted and tough talent agent in Hollywood and she even played Ellen Griswold again in the 2015 Vacation sequel.
