'Who's The Boss' Reboot With Tony Danza and Alyssa Milano In The Works
All your old favorite shows are coming back including beloved Who's the Boss? Tony Danza and Alyssa Milano will be reprising their original roles for the reboot! The "Micelli's" are in!
Welcome back, "Micelli" family! Both leads of the beloved '80s show Who's the Boss? Tony Danza and Alyssa Milano announced the big news!
Tony Danza and Alyssa Milano On Board For Who's the Boss? Reboot
The wonderfully progressive '80s sitcom Who's the Boss? is coming back! From 1984 to 1992, we watched a retired baseball player "Tony Micelli" work as a live-in housekeeper with his daughter "Sam" for the divorced business owner "Angela Bower" and loved every minute of it. The super fun modern family will be back on our screens!
Both Tony Danza and Alyssa Milano posted the big news to Twitter! Alyssa spoke with Entertainment Tonight about the reboot saying "Who's the Boss? was a very progressive show. A divorced mom, who owned her own business and had a free-spirited mother who made sex jokes, who hires a single dad to be her housekeeper. We were really a modern family in the '80s." She even added, "We look forward to making the sequel as thoughtful, smart, and relevant to the times today and make people laugh at the same time."

I AM SO EXCITED!#WhosTheBoss is coming back!!!
I've wanted to share this for so long and now I can!
We feel the time is right to tell the story of where these amazing characters are today. Can't wait to share their stories with you. So happy. https://t.co/vhAM3OB21S
Who's the Boss? Reboot In The Works, Danza and Milano To Star Again
Originally Danza was less enthusiastic about a Who's the Boss? revival because cast member Katherine Helmond had passed away last year saying "I've never been a fan of reboots. We can't reboot because we have no Katherin Helmond." Now he has changed his tune and is endlessly excited to get cracking on the revamping.
The story will follow up the family 30 years later, "Sam" now being a single mother, and "Tony" both living back in the same home the original Who's the Boss? took place in.
We will have to wait and see if Judith Light and Danny Pintauro will join too!
